The Center for Rest Proficiency

The Center for Rest Proficiency (CRP) has existed since 1995. The founder, Bernhard Braendli-Dietwyler, began with his research regarding the phenomenon of rest and activity phases in 1983.

The concern of R&A and meanwhile that of numerous others in many parts of the world is to bring the daily balance of rest and activity phases to our awareness and to anchor this awareness in the behavior of society.  The R&A team has worked pioneeringly for the last 10 years. They have financed this work completely from personal funds.

In 2001 the CRP opened Switzerland’s first public rest-space, the Restpoint, in Zuerich.
